When children misbehave and anger builds within, call out "Loving universe, may I be free of this anger!" This is unlikely to alter your feelings but will stun your children into silence.

Love this! I'll have to pass it on to my wife. :) A dirty look and a low growl always works for me.
We have to maintain the element of surprise. Otherwise we're doomed. (and I am seriously outnumbered as well!)
